ikigai – a series of creative workshops every Sunday

ikigai
definition: that which makes life worth living
In Japan, millions of people have ikigai – a reason to jump out of bed each morning.
What’s your reason for getting up in the morning?

The Japanese island of Okinawa, where ikigai has its origins, is said to be home to the largest population of centenarians in the world. Could the concept of ikigai contribute to longevity?

We think it sounds like a pretty good way of life to us so we have teamed up with  a team of Manchester creatives on a series of workshops that will take place at Cottonopolis on Sunday’s, guiding you down the path towards your very own ikigai!

Places are limited for each workshop so we suggest you book in quickly.
