Our next Vegan Kitchen takeover will be held on Monday 30th April and this time we have drafted in celebrity Vegetarian Chef Jay Morjaria.

Jay is the founder and Executive Chef of Sutra Kitchen – a meat-free cooking school in London. As a passionate vegetarian Morjaria will bring an unmistakable style developed during his travels throughout Asia for this special Kitchen Takeover.

Morjaria will be working alongside Head Chef Joe Grant to create a stunning Japanese and Korean eight course taster menu, including Crispy Nori Tofu & Tomato Tartare, Miso Aubergine Bao and finishing with a Mochi & vegan Chocolate Doughnut.
